2. What HopShop provides

HopShop builds AI-powered live commerce tools for business clients. If you have interacted with a chat widget or AI avatar on a brand's website, that experience is operated by HopShop on behalf of the brand. HopShop is the technology provider; the brand is responsible for the content and offers presented to you.

3. AI-generated content

HopShop's avatars produce responses using artificial intelligence. These responses are generated automatically and do not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
AI can make mistakes. Product pricing, availability, and promotions are set by the brand -
always confirm with the brand before purchasing.

Some avatars are based on real individuals who have licensed their likeness and voice to HopShop.
The person depicted is not speaking in real time.

4. Acceptable use

When using any HopShop-powered service you must not:

• Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent

• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the underlying AI instructions or model

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Interfere with or overload the service or its infrastructure

• Use automated tools to access the service without prior written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules without notice.

5. Intellectual property

All content on hopshoplive.com - including the HopShop name, logo, technology, and written content -
is owned by HopShopLive Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HopShop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including reliance on AI-generated responses. Our total liability to you will not exceed EUR 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot
be excluded by law.

7. Your data when contacting us

When you submit a contact form or demo request on hopshoplive.com, we collect your name and email address to respond to your enquiry. This is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, unless mandatory law in your country requires otherwise.
